Harmony Emporium

The 2016 Harmony Emporium is looking for vendors!

North by Northwest Region 13 is preparing for our Annual Convention and Competition in Spokane, Washington, May 19-22, 2016. We invite YOU to participate as a vendor in our Harmony Emporium! 

This year, the Emporium will be open longer: noon to 10:00 pm on Thursday, May 19 (with set-up from 8:00 am - noon), and 8:00 am to 10:30 pm on Friday, May 20. And--new this year--visitors will be able to shop and watch the quartet contest, as it will be live-streamed to the Emporium!

Choruses, quartets, Sweet Adeline business owners, and outside business owners are encouraged to participate. The "early bird" rate will expire on April 5th, so don't wait! More information and a vendor application are available below.

  • Vendor application is available here: Word/DOC format / PDF format
  • Harmony Emporium rooms, days, and hours:  The DoubleTree Hotel is located at 322 Spokane Falls Court, Spokane WA 98201. The Emporium will be located in the Spokane Falls Ballroom (just inside main entrance). Set-up will be on Thursday, May 19th, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and the Emporium will open for business from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The Emporium will open again on Friday, May 20th, at 8:00 am, and will remain open until 10:00 pm, with breakdown immediately following. This will provide longer hours than last year and more access for shoppers. Shopping at Harmony Emporium is a favorite activity during the convention. With over 1,100 members in our region, and longer hours, we anticipate a successful sale.
  • Save money by registering by April 15th.  We will do our best to advertise early vendor registrants to let members know about the appealing shopping opportunities that await!
  • ​Product restrictions:  No scented products will be allowed in the Emporium; (e.g., burning or scented candles, sachet-type items, perfumes, etc.) as many singers are sensitive/allergic to various scents. Also, per hotel policy, no food products (including bottled water) may be sold by vendors.
  • ​Other:  There are electrical outlets along the walls in the vendor area. We suggest you bring extra power strips with you, or the hotel will rent them at a rate of $15/day. If you need assistance from hotel personnel, it is your responsibility to pay or appropriately tip for any additional services. NxNW Region 13 will provide Internet service to the Emporium.
