Program Ads

Placing an ad in our regional convention program is a wonderful way to advertise upcoming shows, honor a director or coach, recognize competing quartets, or tout your business! Information about ads can be found below. And if you have any questions about logistics, ordering, or design, feel free to   contact Stormy   about it.

  • ABSOLUTE DEADLINE to receive and purchase ads online:  Saturday, April 15, 2023.    Finished program size:  5.5" x 8.5" 
    ​Mail In order  & payment deadline is April 10.
  • SAI/BHS rates apply to individuals and groups associated with Sweet Adelines International or Barbershop Harmony Society who wish to recognize choruses, quartets, directors, and/or coaches. The rate also applies to businesses run by SAI/BHS individuals.
  • ​Business rates apply to all businesses, restaurants, shops, etc. who have no such barbershop connection.
  • If you don't wish to order online, a downloadable order form is available here.

  • NOTE: Once your form is submitted, you should receive confirmation within a day or so. ​If you have not heard back by then, feel free to   contact Stormy.
